SCD research career in brief: Dr. Devendra Lingojwar is a molecular biologist, started his journey in SCD research 1999 onwards with epidemiology studies followed by SCD viral pathogenesis in India and then therapeutics targeting vaso-occlusive crisis in SCD transgenic mice models in USA. Dr. Lingojwar's passion for SCD research led him to establish startup companies and a non-profit organization, RESEARCH NGO, dedicated to SCD social work. He is working on SCD since 25 years.
